Arugula is a popular microgreen for salad mixes at many restaurants and stores.

The peppery, spicy green originated in the Mediterranean region. 

It’s also known as rucola, salad rocket, and Italian cress. They are cruciferous and closely related to healthy vegetables like broccoli, kale and radish.

Arugula microgreens can be added to a variety of dishes, including salads, baked potatoes and eggs. They are a nutrient-dense food that provides a delicious and healthy addition to any meal.
