Jalapeno Mustang Jelly

High in the post oak trees on our farm grow many old growth mustang grapevines.  We precariously harvest them and lovingly process them into jams and jellies.  It has a unique, delicious flavor.

Jalapeno mustang jelly is made with the juice (and a little pulp, it's just so good) of these wild grapes, along with our garden jalapenos.

It's especially delicious with some cream cheese on a cracker - mmm, you gotta try it.
