High in the post oak trees on our farm grow some old growth mustang grapevines. We precariously harvest them and lovingly process them into jams and jellies. It has a unique, delicious flavor.
Not many people make grape jam - but we do. The inclusion of the grape skins give it a wonderful flavor intensity. We mix in different flavors to create some one-of-a-kind jams.
In this case, we got some fresh-grown blueberries from a neighbor, lending the jam a hint of those sweet blueberries.
