Orange Ginger Mustang Jam

Bright citrus summer orange blended with fresh ginger and wild mustang jam creates a lively summertime flavor. 

High in the post oak trees on our farm grow some old growth mustang grapevines.  We precariously harvest them and lovingly process them into jams and jellies.  It has a unique, delicious flavor.

Not many people make grape jam - but we do.  The inclusion of the grape skins give it a wonderful flavor intensity.  We mix in different flavors to create some one-of-a-kind jams.  

In this case, the bright citrus of mandarin oranges and the earthy, spicy tones of the fresh ginger give this jam the flavor of summer.
