Texas Candy

Have you ever tried spicy pickled watermelon rinds?  No?  Well, you should.  

There's not much more Texan than sweet garden watermelon (yep, we grew it) and spicy jalapenos (we grew those, too).  That's why we call these delicious chunks Texas Candy.

We've been told that we should call the medium, hot, and the hot, extra hot.  But we will let you be the judge.

Hoo, doggie, that's got a sweet kick to it.
